Self Confrontation Exercise

<- To Work Program

1. Make a list (in writing) of what you consider to be the positive aspects of your personality.

2. Make a list (in writing) of what you consider to be the negative aspects of your personality.

3. Ask one or more persons who you consider to know you fairly well to tell you what they think are the positive and negative traits of your personality. Write their views down, but keep them distinguishable from your own lists.

4. Compare the lists produced in (1), (2) and (3) above. You will learn much about yourself by comparing those lists.

5. Save all those lists for a future, continuing exercise.
