Do this exercise in writing and keep the results for your own use.
1. Make a list (in writing) of what you think are the positive aspects of your personality.
2. Make a list (in writing) of what you think are the negative aspects of your personality.
3. Ask one or more people who you think know you well to say what they think are the positive and negative aspects of your personality. Write down what they say, but keep these lists separate from those made by yourself.
Compare the lists produced in (1), (2) and (3) above. You will learn a lot about yourself by comparing those lists.
Do you feel any difficulties to share your findings with close friends? If so, analyze why.
Keep all the lists for a future continuation exercise.
