Consider the following questions and make notes for your future reference:
♦ Have you noticed the feelings you associate with your thoughts?
Think of an issue you have to decide on and observe your feelings while you have different thoughts about how you could or should approach that issue.
♦ Do any thoughts make you feel more comfortable or satisfied with your self than others? Are there any common denominators in the more pleasant (or unpleasant) thoughts?
♦ What happens to the energy in your body as you observe your thoughts and feelings? Does the energy level go up? Or down? Does it concentrate in any part of your body? Where?
